Pricing
Blue Peach is paid only when you are.
No monthly fee. Blue Peach keeps a small, fixed part of each card payment your market takes, and your vendors pay Blue Peach nothing.

The price
Two prices, both on card payments.
Each paid application
$10plus card processing
Kept from each application fee an applicant pays by card. An application with no fee costs you nothing.
Every other card payment
25¢plus card processing
Stall fees, market day fees, season fees and one-off fees, each time a vendor pays one by card.
Cash and checks
$0
Take cash or a check and mark it paid yourself. Blue Peach keeps nothing from it.
Card processing is 2.9% of the payment plus 30¢, the cost of taking a card. Blue Peach’s part and the processing come out of each payment as it is made, and the rest goes to your market’s own Stripe account.

Who pays what
Your vendors pay you, not us.
- Your market
- Blue Peach’s part of each card payment: $10 per paid application or 25¢ per other payment, plus card processing. Nothing else.
- Your vendors
- Your stall and market day fees and the share of sales you set, exactly as you charge them. Nothing to Blue Peach, and nothing extra for paying by card.
- Applicants
- Your application fee, and a service fee on top if you choose to add one. They see the total before they pay.
Questions
About the price.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Blue Peach is paid only from card payments, as each one is made. A month with no card payments costs your market nothing.
What if we don’t charge an application fee?
Then applications cost you nothing. The $10 is kept only from an application that is paid.
Do vendors pay Blue Peach anything?
No. Vendors pay your fees: your application fee, your stall and market day fees, and the share of sales you set. Paying by card costs them nothing extra on those fees; card processing comes out of your market’s side, as in the examples above.
Can we pass the cost on to applicants?
Yes. Add a service fee on top of your application fee. Your fee settings show the service fee that covers Blue Peach’s part and card processing, so your market keeps the whole application fee. The applicant sees the service fee before paying, and it is not refunded.
What happens when we refund an application fee?
The applicant gets the application fee back to their card, from your market’s Stripe account, less any part you set as not refundable. If you charged no service fee, the card processing is also kept back. Blue Peach’s part of the original payment is not returned. A service fee, if you charged one, is kept.
Where do we see what Blue Peach keeps?
In your market’s fee settings, under “What Blue Peach keeps”, and when you set up your fees for the first time. Both are shown before anyone pays you.
Is anything charged automatically?
No. A card is charged when a vendor presses pay, or when an admin at your market collects a fee on a sales report the vendor has already sent.
