Features
Everything your market runs on, in one place.
Applications, stalls, market day, fees and money, for you, your team and your vendors. Here is each part, in the screen that does it.
Screens show sample data.
Applications
Your application form, on your market’s own page.
Build the form in Blue Peach and share one link. Vendors fill it in, upload their documents, sign your rules and pay your application fee by card, if you charge one.
- Questions that appear only when they apply, like a food permit for food vendors
- File uploads, and a signature drawn or typed
- Your rules, insurance, fees and cancellation policy, read and agreed one section at a time
- Your logo, a photo and your market’s story on the page
- Fee options, like one tent or two, and a service fee on top if you want one
- Open and close applications when you choose. Late applications are marked, not refused
Review and booking
Decide each application, and book the season as you approve.
Approve, waitlist or decline, each with a confirmation that shows what the vendor will be told. Approving books the vendor’s market days for the season, less the dates they said they would miss, and issues the season fees you choose.
- Category caps warn you before you approve one baker too many
- Approve for standby when you have no stall for them yet
- Change your mind on a waitlist or a decline
- Notes for your team that the vendor never sees
Your vendors
One table for every vendor, and what each one needs next.
Who owes money, whose paperwork has lapsed, who is on standby, who has applied. The Vendors table puts what needs you first and names the next step for each vendor.
- Open a vendor for their money, days, paperwork, application, notes and messages
- Book a day, add a fee or record a payment from the vendor’s row
- Add a vendor you already know, with no application and no fee
- Export what is on screen as a spreadsheet
Messages
Talk with vendors in one place your whole team can see.
Each vendor has one conversation with your market, shared by your team. Vendors write back from their own account, and an email lets each side know a message is waiting.
- Message many vendors at once from the Vendors table or the day’s roster
- Each reply comes back to its own conversation
- Vendors can write to you from any day on their schedule
Documents
Insurance and permits, with their dates, where you can see them.
Vendors keep their documents in their own account and upload them as they apply. Each one carries its expiry date, and your vendor list flags anything expired or expiring within 30 days.
- Open any document from the Vendors table or the application
- Vendors replace a document themselves when it renews
- Nothing is sent automatically. Copy a ready-written reminder and send it yourself

Stall map
Lay out your site and give every vendor a stall.
Place stalls, paths, parking and entrances on a grid where one square is ten feet. Give each vendor a usual stall, a stall for a booking, or a stall for one market day.
- See who is booked without a stall, and tap an open stall to place them
- Vendors see the site and their own stall from their schedule
- The layout stays put; who stands where can change from day to day
Market day
Run market day from your phone.
See who is coming and who has told you they can’t make it. Tap vendors in as they arrive, fill an open stall from standby, and add walk-ups.
- Vendors tell you ahead of time when they can’t come, and their stall opens up
- A standby list ranked by category, attendance, money owed and paperwork. You make the call
- Give a helper access for one market day only
- The roster stays readable if the signal drops
- Cancel a day and every vendor booked on it is emailed your reason

Sales and fees
Fees worked out from your rules, shown before anyone pays.
After the market each vendor reports one number. Blue Peach applies your percentage and your minimum per stall, and the vendor sees the fee before they pay it.
- A percentage of sales, with a minimum per stall
- Named fees per market day or per season, and one-off fees for one vendor
- Correct a report, adjust or waive a fee, or raise a question with the vendor
- Vendors report their own sales. Blue Peach does not check them

Money and reports
Charged, received and owed, never muddled together.
Money opens with one sentence: who owes you, and how much. Card payments go to your market’s own Stripe account, and you mark cash and checks paid yourself.
- Nothing is ever charged automatically
- Application fees are kept apart from vendor money and never added to it
- A vendor is emailed when a sales report goes overdue
- A season report for your board: days held and cancelled, attendance, sales and fees. Print it or download it
And the things around it.
Several markets, one account
Run more than one market or event, each with its own schedule, fees, form and vendors, and switch between them.
Your team
Owners, admins and staff. Staff handle market day, payments and messages; refunds, bookings, waivers and settings stay with admins.
One account for vendors
A vendor uses the same account for every market they sell at, with one schedule across all of them.
Nothing to install
Blue Peach runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer, for you and for your vendors.
Schedules that fit
Market days every week or on dates you pick. Book each vendor every week, every other week, once a month, or for one day.
Cancelled days
No new fee can be added for a cancelled day, and Blue Peach offers to waive the unpaid fees already on it.
Application refunds
Refund an application fee from the application itself. A service fee you add on top is kept.
Your data, whenever you want it
Download vendors, applications, market days, day bookings and sales reports as spreadsheet files.
Not only farmers markets
Night markets, craft fairs, holiday markets.
Anything with vendors, stalls and dates: a weekly market all season, a monthly night market, or a fair on three Saturdays in December.
