For vendors

You apply, see which days you are booked, report your sales and pay your fees from one account.
Applying for the first time? Each market has its own application page, so ask your market manager for the link.

How a season goes
Here is how a season goes, from applying to your last payment.
It works the same way at every market that uses Blue Peach, though each market sets its own rules and fees.

Apply on your market's own page.
Fill in the market's form, upload your insurance and permits, and sign its rules and cancellation policy. If the market charges an application fee, you pay it by card before you send the application.
See where your application stands.
Each application shows its status, such as in review, approved or waitlisted. Applications to different markets appear in the same list.
See which days you are booked.
Your schedule lists every day the market has you down for, and where your stall is when the market has drawn its map. If you can't make a day, say so from that screen. If its cancellation policy has a fee, the market may add it to what you owe.
After the market, enter what you sold.
You type in one number, your total sales for the day. The fee is worked out from the market's rules and shown to you before you pay.
Pay your fees and see what is left.
Your account shows what you were charged, what you have paid and what you still owe as separate figures. You can pay by card from your account, or pay the market in person and they mark it paid.
Money
Two rules hold at every market that uses Blue Peach.
Nothing is ever charged to you automatically.
Your card is charged when you press pay, or when your market collects a fee for a report you have already sent. If your market refunds your application fee, it goes back to the card you paid with.
If the market cancels a day, no new fee can be added for it.
Fees added before the day was cancelled stay until the market waives them. That includes an absence fee and the fee on a sales report you sent earlier that day.
You always see three separate figures.
One account
One account covers every market you sell at.
Your markets, applications, bookings and fees are all in one account, and you can message each market from it. Each market sees your applications, bookings and payments with that market only.
